TPM 2.0 Support in Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
Overview
This article describes a hotfix that adds support for Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 in Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
Details on the device
The Device Manager will show ACPIMSFT0101. (See Figure 1.)

This device corresponds to the TPM module, which does not have a driver.
If you switch to W7 64 bit, there is a hotfix you can install. It is only good for W7 64 bit.
This package installs the ACPI Driver supporting the Windows Operating system. For the Kabylake platform products, Intel advises that only Skylake processor can support Windows 7.
